Senior Technician cum Operator-Saturation Diving Equipment

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technician cum Operator to support the operation, maintenance, and servicing of saturation diving equipment for underground tunnel projects.
The role requires hands-on technical and operational support to ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant performance of saturation diving systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of saturation diving equipment.

• Operate and monitor saturation diving systems, including related life-support and auxiliary equipment.

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and functional checks to ensure equipment is maintained in a safe working condition.

• Support on-site safety and emergency preparedness activities during saturation diving operations.

• Comply with project safety requirements, company procedures, and applicable regulations and technical standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in the maintenance, servicing, or repair of saturation diving or similar specialized equipment.

• Relevant operational experience with saturation diving systems and associated equipment.

• Possession of valid and recognized licenses or certifications relevant to pressure vessel operation, boiler operation, or similar equipment, where required for the role.

• Relevant electrical work certifications (high-voltage or low-voltage) are an added advantage.

• Experience or exposure to on-site emergency response, safety management, or emergency preparedness is an added advantage.
