We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to shape, design and execute talent acquisition strategy for Technical organizations in Terrascope. This role will report into the Head of People and play a key role in growing and scaling the venture.
In this role you will:
- Define and execute talent acquisition strategy for technology functions - Primarily Engineering & Data team.
- Own relationship with executive team and play a key role in steering hiring direction with sound data analysis and stakeholder management
- Lead innovative strategies to attract top talent in across areas to deliver headcount targets at quality and speed as an expert hands-on recruiter
- Leverage the hiring stack e.g. sourcing tools, applicant tracking software (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) etc to optimise process efficiency
- Design a structured, fair and unbiased assessment process that yields quality hires and mitigates false positives
- Promote and implement a diverse and inclusive talent acquisition strategy
- Design and evolve the employer value proposition (EVP) and employer branding to inspire candidates to embark on a profit-for-purpose
- Design an exceptional candidate experience measured with pass-through rates and candidate feedback
- Be the go-to-person for executive team and other senior leaders to lead key organizational decisions and management initiatives
- Serve as a thought leader for industry, compensation and market insights
You should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition with experience in executive search firms and/or high-growth organizations
- Proven track record in defining and executing talent strategy and resource planning taking into consideration budgets, timelines and other needs
- Well-experienced in hiring for niche roles/ senior appointments
- Experience in full life cycle end-to-end recruitment from crafting employer value brand to negotiating offers and new hire onboarding
- Experience working in fast-paced high-growth in house environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders of all levels, measured by succinctness and clarity of thought
- Adept at influencing, convincing and aligning stakeholders towards common goals by leveraging data and analytics
- Demonstrated success of setting up and scaling talent functions measured by common recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, funnel pass through rates
- Familiarity and willingness to pick up latest hiring stacks, tools and processes
- Any experience with sustainability / ESG oriented mandates would be a nice to have
