Senior Technical Recruiter

Due to the good business expansion for the company in Asia and Europe, when we will need more senior recruiting professionals /experts to help with finding more strong candidates around the world. our office is quite near the subway and we will keep the culture to cultivate and great people , and provide all the opportunities for the team members to grow up.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable building the reliable relationship with candidates, and determine a candidate's potential through clever questions/selections;They should have excellent organizational skills in order to deliver a pipeline of prospective candidates with very good qualities; maintain the whole lifecycle of candidates from the first call to the onboarding, including all the related issues to take in this duration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Develop the direct sourcing channels for the talents from different regions
• Peal the candidates from all the time to ensure the good convert rate
• Communicate well with the candidates and introduce the industry well
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Analyze the recruitment data and propose the valuable suggestion from time to time
• Cooperate with the team members and parallel team for the great team work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above, with 10 years around working experience in recruitment area.
• Effective communication skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese.
• abilities of resilience, persistence, self-driving, whole-life leaning.
• High-energy ,and passionate and ambitious to make things different.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and solve the problems properly.
