Senior Technical Manager / Enterprise Architect (remote possible)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We're seeking a seasoned and hands-on Enterprise Architect to drive complex SaaS deployments, lead cross-functional teams, and bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both enterprise and SME environments, understands the nuances of client engagement, and is passionate about delivering secure, scalable solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Client Engagement & Delivery

o Lead technical discussions with clients, translating complex concepts into business-friendly language.

o Own production deployments across client and internal environments, ensuring security compliance and operational readiness.

o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing decisions and aligning technical solutions with business goals.

. Team Leadership & Collaboration

o Manage and mentor a high-performing technical team across engineering, product, and operations.

o Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, finance, and compliance to drive project success.

o Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

. Technical Strategy & Execution

o Architect and oversee SaaS platform deployments with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and performance.

o Leads production rollouts in client and internal environments with full security compliance

o Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot, optimize, and guide hands-on implementation when needed.

o Drive technical decision-making and roadmap planning in alignment with business priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven track record managing client relationships, technical teams, and cross-functional projects.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture including SaaS design, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC2).
• Experience working in both large corporates and SMEs, with the agility to adapt across contexts (financial Services preferred)
• Oversees audit readiness and documentation for deployment and workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a willingness to get hands dirty when needed.
• Familiarity with audit processes, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Have deeply experienced in hands-on practice in at least one Backend Programming Language, such as Java, NodeJS, Python
