We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead consulting-led enterprise transformation engagements across cloud platforms, infrastructure, and security environments.
This role is positioned within a requiring strong advisory, governance, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, alongside deep technical expertise. The successful candidate will guide through strategy, design, and execution oversight of large-scale, mission-critical programs, particularly in regulated and high-security environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagements to define digital transformation strategies, operating models, and technology roadmaps
- Provide independent advisory services on cloud and enterprise infrastructure investments
- Translate business objectives into technology-enabled transformation programs
- Advise C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs) on risk, governance, and optimization strategies
- Deliver business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses
- Establish and manage program governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle (strategy, planning, execution, and value realization)
- Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
- Ensure alignment with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Advise on multi-cloud and hybrid architectures (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure)
- Provide oversight for cloud migration and modernization strategies
- Guide architecture decisions ensuring high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and scalability
- Review and govern Oracle Database, Exadata, and ExaCC environments
- Provide advisory oversight for design, build, and deployment programs
- Coordinate across stakeholders in design, construction, commissioning, and operations transition
- Advise on network infrastructure design, including structured cabling (copper, fiber, bulk fiber)
- Oversee tenant fit-out and low-voltage systems integration from a governance perspective
- Advise on enterprise security architecture and controls (IAM, network security, data protection, encryption)
- Ensure alignment with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies across cloud, infrastructure, and physical environments
- Provide advisory support on vendor selection, contract structuring, and performance management
- Oversee program financials including budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Identify and manage commercial and delivery risks
- Advise on implementation of ITIL and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Define SLA, SLI, and SLO frameworks and monitor service performance
- Oversee incident, change, and release management governance
- Ensure operational readiness and post-implementation stability
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems, infrastructure delivery, and large-scale program or project management
- Proven experience delivering cloud transformation programs (OCI, Azure) and infrastructure deployment projects
- Strong technical expertise in multi-cloud and hybrid architectures, Oracle Database and Exadata platforms, and infrastructure and network cabling (copper, fiber, bulk fiber)
- Experience in migration engineering, construction coordination, and system integration
- Strong understanding of ITIL, SRE, and service management practices
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks
- Preferred: OCI certification to design and govern complex multi-cloud and hybrid architectures
- Preferred: Azure certification for delivering large-scale transformation and programs using structured methodologies
- TOGAF certification for applying enterprise architecture standards to align business and IT systems
- PMP certification for executing program governance and risk management in multi-vendor environments
- Experience implementing IT service management for operational stability and SLA compliance
- Experience managing Agile delivery models across cross-functional teams
