Job Description

Job Purpose

This role supports the Asia Pacific excluding China (APeC) Digital Transformation agenda by strengthening alignment between regional, country, and global digital priorities. The incumbent will drive effective deployment and adoption of key digital initiatives across selected markets, work closely with the Global IT team to ensure scalable and consistent solutions, and lead the development of a Regional Digitalisation Strategy that builds sustainable digital capabilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strengthen Strategy-Execution Alignment: Ensure country digital priorities, operational needs, and business requirements are reflected in regional digitalisation plans and solution design.
  2. Accelerate Deployment and Adoption: Support targeted markets to improve rollout readiness, adoption rates, and business impact of regional digital products and automation solutions.
  3. Build Regional Consistency and Best Practices: Promote standardisation, share reusable best practices, and reduce duplication by leveraging successful approaches from high-performing markets.
  4. Shape Future Digital Direction: Provide insights and recommendations that contribute to the APAC Regional Digitalisation Strategy, covering priorities, governance, maturity aspirations, and capability development.
  5. Drive Measurable Business Value: Deliver tangible improvements in productivity, customer experience, process digitalisation, and operational efficiency through guided adoption and optimisation of digital tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Relevant professional certificates - Prince2,PMI and/or ITIL
  • At least 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines, including Program Management, Technology Change Management, Relationship Management
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner and influence cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization
  • Proven hands-on experience of delivering major programs in a global/ regional capacity managing large number of stakeholders and cultures
  • Experience in running a Business Technology department delivering business, technology and customer experience that is aligned to business goals
  • Experience in successful integrations enabled by IT
  • Excellent team player with strong written and oral communication
  • Proven ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, and ability to adjust course to align with changing stakeholder expectations
