Role Overview
The Senior Technical Lead - ReactJS will lead front-end development, architect React solutions, and mentor development teams to deliver scalable and performant web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of ReactJS applications.
- Mentor and guide front-end developers on best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure accessibility standards.
- Maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and front-end processes.
- Implement front-end CI/CD and automated testing pipelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years front-end development experience with 3+ years in ReactJS leadership.
- Strong skills in React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of micro-frontends, component libraries, and front-end architecture.
- Experience in Agile environments and mentoring junior developers.
