We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead / Oracle Architect to drive the architectural vision, technical strategy, and delivery excellence for our Oracle platforms and enterprise systems. This senior role acts as the chief technical authority across Oracle solution domains, responsible for shaping system architecture, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful endtoend delivery of complex, missioncritical technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise architecture roadmap for Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, OCI, Middleware, Integration, and supporting platforms.
- Develop highlevel and detailed solution architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business goals.
- Provide architectural governance, reviewing and approving technical designs and implementation plans.
- Lead the technical design, development, deployment, and integration of largescale Oracle solutions across multiple business units.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, legacy system transformation, and APIdriven integration.
- Oversee performance engineering, capacity planning, and highavailability design for businesscritical workloads.
- Act as the highest-level escalation point for complex Oracle and integration issues.
- Lead root cause analysis, architectural corrections, and longterm remediation strategies.
- Identify technology risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.
- Provide senior technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, DBAs, and solution designers.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams.
- Influence senior stakeholders with clear, well-reasoned architectural recommendations.
- Establish and enforce coding, design, integration, and security standards across Oracle platforms.
- Develop architecture blueprints, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Champion continuous improvement across engineering processes and system reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle architecture, engineering, or solution design roles.
- Deep expertise in one or more:
- Oracle Database (RAC, Data Guard, ASM)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Oracle EBS, Fusion Middleware, SOA, Integration Cloud
- GoldenGate, ODI, or enterprise integration frameworks
- Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, security frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated leadership in senior technical roles with cross-team influence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Master/Professional or relevant architecture credentials.
- Experience leading cloud migration or datacenter modernization programs.
- Familiarity with DevOps (Git, CI/CD, automation, Terraform/Ansible).
- Senior-level stakeholder communication and influence.
- Strategic thinking with strong business and technical judgment.
- Leadership presence, mentoring capability, and ability to drive alignment across teams.
