Lead and drive analysis, solution design, validation, and workshops within the assigned domain to ensure comprehensive and consistent requirement coverage.
Capture the voice of the customer to accurately scope changes. Apply strong analytical and domain management skills to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Proactively challenge stakeholders where appropriate and ensure solutions are cost-optimal.
Manage functional and technical design for new features or system enhancements.
Bridge requirements, solution design, development, and testing by collaborating closely with developers on scope, resources, and delivery planning.
Formalize business requirements (functional and technical specifications) through documentation, workshops, surveys, business process mapping (As-Is and Target workflows), use cases, and scenarios.
Facilitate business and technical discussions. Where alignment cannot be reached, make informed decisions based on technical feasibility, economic considerations, business strategy, architectural guidelines, and other constraints.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues escalate to the Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
Act as a subject matter expert in designated areas, deep-diving into requirement and solution gaps with support from Product Architects.
Serve as the key contact for functional queries and support consulting engagements and customer workshops.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
6-9 years of experience in Financial Technology (Wealth Management, Core Banking preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial and global market regulations.
Proven analytical and product management capabilities, with the ability to translate business needs into technical and operational requirements.
Familiarity with Trading, Middle Office, and Back Office platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FinIQ) is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment.
Structured, organized, and results-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
Ability to multitask, remain flexible, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
