We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive technical architecture, engineering delivery, and AI platform integration for strategic AI-powered platforms and products.
The role will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Data & AI teams, and development squads to design and deliver highly integrated, AI-enabled platforms and products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists in AI and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and implement AI strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and digital technologies.
- Oversee the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and digital transformation to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in software engineering & 5+ years in technical leadership or solution architecture.
- Strong experience in Distributed systems, microservices, API-first design, cloud-native development, workflow orchestration, and DevSecOps.
- Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
