We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Executive to support facilities management operations, focusing on billing, administration, and customer coordination. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring accurate billing processes and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

  • Manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

  • Liaise with Finance to monitor receivables and support timely payment collection.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, and respond to customer enquiries.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Centre (FMC), including coordination, documentation, and scheduling.

  • Assist with general office management and administrative tasks as required.

Customer Interaction

  • Act as the main point of contact for billing-related matters.

  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and related documentation.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on billing activities and performance.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure billing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Built Environment, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or billing roles, preferably within facilities management or related industries.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with SAP or similar billing systems is an advantage.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
