Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of Line Inspectors
- Work closely with the Production team to support daily operations
- Support the Quality Engineer in ensuring assembly and testing activities comply with production line and quality standards
- Assist in yield analysis, investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform line qualification and operator certification activities
- Conduct and support internal quality audits together with the QA Engineer
- Ensure NPI transition through ramp-up is compliant, with production and quality readiness aligned to First Pass Yield (FPY) targets
- Support product and process investigations related to quality issues
Requirements:
- NITEC / GCE A-Level / O-Level / Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in quality or manufacturing environments
- Able to collaborate effectively with peers, supervisors, and occasionally customers or HQ/factory teams
- Strong multitasking ability and capable of working under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good computer literacy
- Willing to support overtime when required
