Senior Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end server infrastructure projects, including deployment, racking, cabling, and configuration in data centers.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware and related components.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Assist in product rollouts, validation testing, and performance reporting.
• Provide client-facing technical support, manage service requests, and resolve hardware/OS compatibility issues.
• Escalate complex cases while maintaining client communication and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Red Hat, VMware, HUAWEI) and cross-functional teams across APAC.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base content.
• Train service partners on troubleshooting and issue analysis.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years data center experience.
• Strong skills in server hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server, VMware, and basic networking.
• Customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
