Join a well-established A1 main contractor known for delivering landmark building and infrastructure developments. With a growing pipeline, they are seeking a Technical Manager (C&S) to play a key role in driving major projects during this expansion phase, including data centre and new LTA projects. Multiple opportunities are available across diverse developments in Singapore.
What you will do
- Lead and guide a team of engineers/coordinators to ensure effective delivery of design outputs.
- Manage and oversee design and planning activities to meet project objectives within budget and timeline.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on design matters, including submissions and approvals.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across functions and project requirements.
- Monitor design progress, manage schedules, and review technical drawings and deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise in civil and structural design coordination, and ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety standards..
What you will need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board recognized university
- Minimum 8 years of relevant C&S design & coordination experience with large scale projects
- Candidates who possess experience with data centre projects are highly desirable, though not mandatory
- Must possess minimally industrial building experience, such as Semicon plants, Oil & Gas plants or Hospital projects etc.
