Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager with deep equities technology expertise to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programmes across our client in Singapore. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for a self-starter who can drive delivery from initiation through to go-live with minimal supervision, working across front-office trading systems, market data infrastructure, order management and cash management platforms.
You will serve as the primary technical delivery interface - owning end-to-end programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Delivery Leadership
. Own end-to-end delivery of equities technology programmes across front office, market data, OMS and cash management workstreams
. Define and manage delivery roadmaps, project plans, resource models andbudget forecasts
. Drive technical solution design reviews, architecture decisions andintegration approach across distributed teams
. Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks, milestone tracking andquality gates
. Lead programme status reporting to senior stakeholders and steeringcommittees
Equities Technology Domain
. Lead delivery of equities trading platforms including electronic trading,algorithmic execution and DMA infrastructure
. Manage real-time market data integration - Bloomberg, Reuters/Refinitiv,exchange feeds - including price normalisation, latency management and feedmonitoring
. Oversee Order Management System (OMS) implementations and upgrades, includingFIX connectivity, order routing, execution and allocation workflows
. Deliver cash earmarking and pre-trade controls - ensuring funds availabilitychecks, settlement obligation tracking and real-time position management arecorrectly implemented
○ Integration of cash earmarking with OMS pre-trade risk controls andpost-trade settlement flows
○ Coordination with treasury and operations teams on settlement and nostroreconciliation
. Manage integration layers between order management, market data, risk and back-office settlement systems
Vendor & Third-Party Management
. Lead vendor selection, commercial negotiation and contract management for technology and data service providers
. Manage ongoing vendor relationships - SLA oversight, escalation management and performance reviews
. Coordinate delivery across multiple third-party vendors, system integrators and internal technology teams
. Drive vendor accountability for deliverables, timelines and quality standards
Project & Programme Management
. Build and maintain detailed project plans using standard methodologies(Agile, Waterfall or hybrid as appropriate)
. Identify, track and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies withstructured RAID log management
. Manage resource planning and capacity across onshore (SG), nearshore andoffshore (Mumbai) teams
. Own financial tracking - budget vs actuals, change management and variancereporting
. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management in Agiledelivery environments
Stakeholder Management
. Operate as primary client-facing delivery lead, building trusted senior-levelrelationships (CTO, COO, Heads of Trading Technology)
. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments across front office,technology, operations and compliance
. Prepare and present programme updates, steering committee packs and executivedashboards
. Manage expectations proactively - communicate risks, delays and solutionswith transparency
. Influence without authority across matrix structures and geographicallydistributed teams

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Domain Experience
. Minimum: 8-12+ years in technology delivery roles within capital markets /equities
. Essential: Hands-on delivery experience across equities trading systems(electronic trading, DMA, algorithmic execution)
. Deep knowledge of real-time market data platforms - Bloomberg API,Refinitiv/Elektron, exchange direct feeds, price validation and latencymanagement
. Proven delivery of OMS implementations - FIX protocol, order lifecyclemanagement, STP, execution management and post-trade allocation
. Working knowledge of cash earmarking workflows - pre-trade fund availabilitychecks, settlement obligations, T+1/T+2 settlement cycles and reconciliation
. Experience managing front-to-back integration across trading, risk,operations and settlement systems
Technical Skills
. Strong understanding of FIX protocol (4.2, 4.4, 5.0) and messaginginfrastructure (MQ, Kafka, TIBCO RV)
. Familiarity with market data normalisation, data quality management andreal-time feed monitoring
. Understanding of equities trade lifecycle - order generation throughsettlement and accounting
. Experience with cloud-based infrastructure delivery (AWS, Azure) in financialservices contexts
. Proficiency with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project,Smartsheet
Delivery & Leadership Skills
. Demonstrable ability to lead complex programmes autonomously with minimalescalation or day-to-day guidance
. Strong commercial acumen - budget management, resource optimisation andP&L awareness
. Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies and timezones
. Track record of successful on-time, on-budget delivery in large-scalefinancial services transformation
. Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with competingpriorities
