Senior Technical Business Analyst (Financial Crime and Fraud)
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst (Financial Crime and Fraud). You will own requirements and stakeholder alignment as we transition delivery from an existing partner and build AI-driven screening capabilities. You translate compliance and screening expertise into clear user stories, process changes, and testable outcomes so teams can deliver safely, fast and with confidence.

- Lead the transition and handover from an incumbent consulting partner to ensure continuity
- Partner with compliance and operations stakeholders to capture and prioritize screening requirements
- Translate Name Screening and Adverse Media Screening needs into user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to shape AI-enabled screening and automation solutions
- Support solution validation through reviews, testing cycles and controlled rollout activities
- Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal financial crime standards
- Maintain clear documentation across requirements, processes and solution designs
- Provide regular status updates and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID)
- Financial crime domain expertise in Name Screening and Adverse Media Screening
- Business analysis capability including requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation
- Stakeholder management across business, compliance and technology teams
- AI and automation delivery exposure with the ability to convert domain needs into actionable build items
- Regulatory awareness relevant to financial crime controls and screening governance
- Clear communication for translating complex topics into decisions, actions and written artifacts
- Problem-solving mindset in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments
- Singapore-based availability aligned to immediate onboarding needs
- AI agents implementation exposure for screening or financial crime workflows
- Familiarity with common screening operating models, tuning, alert handling and governance
- Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation programs
