Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with strong experience in Payments or Cards systems to design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. You will drive technical direction, manage dependencies across systems, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and testers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Plan and oversee technical deliverables, manage risks, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Guide teams through architecture, design, coding, and testing phases.
- Prepare implementation and cutover plans ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years in software architecture, development, and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Open Systems, Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps.
- Proven experience with large-scale, high-availability applications and service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with Payments / Cards, Loan Origination, or Credit Rules systems is a plus.
- Skilled in problem-solving, system thinking, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall development environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certifications in architecture or cloud (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are an advantage.
