Job Purpose:
- Translate wealth management needs into compliant, efficient, and client-focused digital solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Relationship Managers to understand high-net-worth client journeys across onboarding, advisory, and portfolio management
- Map and optimize end-to-end workflows, identifying gaps to improve client experience and operational efficiency
- Translate business needs into system requirements, including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Embed regulatory and compliance requirements into processes and systems, ensuring adherence to advisory and suitability standards
- Collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions, support UAT, and ensure effective implementation and adoption
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of high-net-worth client servicing
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements
- Experience ensuring advisory processes meet compliance standards
- Knowledge of investment products (equities, bonds, funds, structured products)
- Experience mapping end-to-end processes (onboarding advisory execution reporting)
