My client is a well-established boutique professional services firm in Singapore hiring for a Senior Tax Manager. This is a key succession-planning hire. They're looking for someone who is technically strong in Singapore corporate tax, enjoys advisory work, and is ready to step into a broader leadership role within a close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and review corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements
- Manage and mentor a small tax team
- Provide technical guidance on complex tax matters (corporate tax, restructuring, cross-border issues)
- Support business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships
- Play a key role in succession planning and long-term practice growth
Requirements:
- 8-12+ years of corporate tax experience within public accounting / professional services
- Strong technical grounding in Singapore corporate tax
- Prior team leadership or managerial experience
- Comfortable engaging clients and advising business owners directly
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing into a key leadership position
