We are in search for a
Senior Talent Partner to be based in Singapore. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by leading executive and senior-level hiring across global functions and partnering with leadership on talent strategy and organizational planning. You'll be joining a fast-moving and mission-driven group, working closely with leaders across our brands, including Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, and Explore to bring in high-caliber talent and ensure our organizational structure is aligned for growth. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and direct ownership of leadership hiring and talent planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Senior Hiring
- Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and executive-level roles (typically Senior Manager and above) across Singapore and global teams.
- Define role requirements and success profiles in partnership with hiring managers and the VP of Talent.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines through direct outreach, networks, referrals, and external partners.
- Drive structured and efficient hiring processes, ensuring strong candidate experience and alignment with Manifest Global's bar.
- Own offer strategy, negotiation, and pre-boarding experience for leadership hires.
Talent Strategy & Planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and function leaders, advising on workforce planning, org design, and succession planning.
- Contribute to strategic hiring plans aligned with business priorities and growth stages.
- Partner with the VP of Talent to drive leadership effectiveness, team development, and other people-focused initiatives.
- Identify gaps in talent and structure, and recommend practical, data-informed solutions.
Collaboration & Systems
- Collaborate with the wider Talent team on employer branding, leveling frameworks, and performance programs.
- Maintain accurate reporting and insights on leadership hiring and org planning.
- Ensure systems, documentation, and processes are consistent, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

What You Bring
- 710 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with deep expertise in hiring senior and executive-level talent.
- Strong strategic thinking, combined with excellent execution and project management.
- Exceptional communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering results in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Experience advising leaders on org planning, succession, and talent strategy.
- Comfortable working independently while deeply collaborative with global teams.
