JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Talent Management Manager is responsible for leading the organisation's talent management framework - to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce that supports Triton's long-term business growth. This role sets the strategic direction for how talent is developed, assessed, and retained across the organisation, ensuring every employee has a clear path to grow while equipping the business with the leadership bench strength it needs for the future.
The Senior Manager will partner with leaders across the organisation to drive talent strategies, support employee development, and strengthen overall organisational capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead and oversee the organisation's performance management framework, covering career pathing, performance appraisal systems, learning & development (L&D), succession planning, competency and skills mapping, and total rewards alignment (compensation, increments, and bonus recommendations).
- Design and implement an integrated talent management ecosystem that connects all related frameworks and processes for a cohesive employee experience.
- Own the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration sessions, and alignment with increment and bonus recommendations.
- Establish and maintain a competency and career pathing framework that gives employees at all levels clear, transparent growth trajectories within Triton.
- Champion succession planning for business-critical and leadership roles, partnering with department heads to build a sustainable talent pipeline and mitigate key-person risk.
- Track and report key talent metrics — including engagement scores, retention and attrition rates, appraisal completion, and promotion ratios — to the C-Suite to inform data-driven talent decisions.
- Drive organisational development and culture-building initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, leadership effectiveness, and alignment with company values.
- Provide strategic insights and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance existing talent and performance frameworks.
- Lead a dotted-line HR function, including:
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to attract and secure top talent.
- Learning & Development initiatives aligned with organisational needs and business challenges.
- Employee Relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and policy-compliant handling of workplace matters.
- Partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure talent strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide coaching and counselling support to employees and managers when required.
- Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions (optional but an added advantage).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing talent management, performance management, or organisational development functions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing talent-related functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience in organisational development, employee engagement, and culture transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record designing and implementing performance management systems, career frameworks, and succession planning processes.
- Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems, with strong analytical skills to translate people data into actionable insights.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgement when handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
