Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with one of our most long-standing clients, in their search for a Senior Talent Development Manager as they undergo a significant period of growth and transformation. With a substantial regional footprint across multiple countries and a workforce spanning manufacturing, operations and corporate functions, the organisation is investing heavily in strengthening leadership capability and building a futureready talent pipeline.

Reporting directly to the Group Talent Development Lead, this role will sit at the heart of the company's global talent and development strategy. The Senior Talent Development Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across regions to design, deliver and continuously enhance learning solutions that elevate leadership effectiveness and support longterm organisational growth.

As a senior member of the talent function, the successful candidate will partner with business leaders to identify development needs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and evolving market demands. A core focus of the role will be to design and maintain engaging training content, deliver highimpact learning programs across multiple geographies, and lead initiatives to strengthen internal facilitation capability.

The role will also support the organisation's leadership competency framework, contribute to earlycareer development programs, and deliver clear, actionable insights through training reporting and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will bring circa 10 years of solid experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs within dynamic, fastpaced and multinational environments. Proven experience as a professional trainer whether in-house or as a consultant is essential. Strong communication, presentation and project management capabilities are required, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and business units.
