HBA's global talent acquisition team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Singapore, Hong Kong or Bangkok.
You would report to the Talent Acquisition Director of HBA and play a key role in recruiting talented architects and interior designers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Championing HBA's brand ethos and actively introducing our career opportunities to candidates
- Researching and sourcing candidates directly from different channels (personal network, Linkedin Recruiters, university job board)
- Researching and headhunting talented designers from hospitality / ultra luxury residential design industries
- Drafting job descriptions
- Screening and interviewing applicants
- Reviewing portfolio and guiding candidates on their work examples if necessary
- Shortlisting candidates for the Talent Acquisition Director or Hiring team
- Arranging interviews and negotiating final offers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design or related industries
- Right to work in Singapore, Hong Kong or Bangkok
- Demonstrable experience in direct headhunting, candidate sourcing and offers negotiation
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in recruitment consultancy or in-house talent acquisition team of architecture or interior design industries
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with tight deadline
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to work or do calls with candidates from different time zones
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client facing experience
