We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore, supporting recruitment for Siemens.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Candidates must have experience in the Medical Devices or Healthcare industry.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Good understanding of healthcare/medical device talent markets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within hiring timelines.
