Key Responsibilities:
Guides on talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the organization's overall business goals. This includes identifying talent needs, creating recruitment plans, and executing effective hiring strategies.
Manages candidate sourcing efforts using various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Implements candidate assessment methods and interview techniques to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organisation.
Guides on optimization of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring it is streamlined, efficient, and compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Stays updated on recruitment technology trends and leverage relevant tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platform to optimize the recruitment process.
Acts as an ambassador for the organization's employer brand, promoting its values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
Drives continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices, seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment outcomes and processes. Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to determine projected headcount requirements for the organization to achieve its growth and service strategy.
Observes external markets to identify talent and use the organizations employee value proposition, corporate benefits and high-performance culture to generate interest in potential employment.
Collaborates with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
Performs any other related task as required.
Knowledge and Attributes:
Advanced understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends to attract and retain top talent.
Advanced understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
Advanced knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
Excellent ability to stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other technology used to streamline the recruitment process.
Advanced understanding of employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice and enhance its reputation in the talent market.
Advanced knowledge of HR and policies related to recruitment and hiring.
Excellent ability to develop and execute talent acquisition plans aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey talent acquisition strategies and results to senior executives and stakeholders.
Advanced ability to utilize talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to talent acquisition, anticipating future talent needs, and developing proactive recruitment strategies.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or related field.
Required experience:
Advanced demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related fields.
Advanced demonstrated track record of developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
Advanced background in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and implementing best practices for attracting and hiring top candidates.
Advanced experience in employer branding strategies and initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
Advanced experience in talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Advanced experience in managing talent acquisition efforts in multiple locations, understanding global talent market dynamics, and navigating cultural differences.
Advanced experience in managing the talent acquisition budget and allocating resources strategically to achieve recruitment goals.
Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
