Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing technology company to recruit for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. As a Senior TA Manager, your main role is to hire new talent into the organization through building and extending relationships with key stakeholders throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, and working as part of a collaborative TA team, you will be responsible for building a highly performing, sustainable hiring engine that reduces agency dependency, strengthening employer branding and delivering quality hires. You will partner with stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.

This role is ideal for a current Talent Acquisition Manager with at least 8 years of experience and has a strong track record in recruiting for technical roles. Prior experience from industries such as Ecommerce, Tech - e.g. Streaming Services/SaaS/Digital Content/Internet Services is an advantage.
