Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing technology company to recruit for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

As a Senior TA Manager, your main role is to hire new talent into the organization through building and extending relationships with key stakeholders throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, and working as part of a collaborative TA team, you will enjoy operating in a high performance and matrix organization working alongside other recruiters who partner different business areas.

As a trusted advisor to the business, the Senior TA Manager will provide market insights, guide hiring decisions, and ensure alignment with workforce planning objectives. Additionally, you will support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment campaigns and events that enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.

This role is ideal for a current Talent Acquisition Manager with at least 8 years of experience and has a strong track record in recruiting for technical roles. Prior experience from industries such as Ecommerce, Tech - e.g. Streaming Services/SaaS/Digital Content/Internet Services is an advantage.
