Job Description

About the Organisation
We are working with a prominent healthcare provider in Singapore to hire a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This position offers the chance to lead strategic recruitment, sponsorship, and employer branding initiatives within a dynamic, mission-driven environment, supporting the organisation's vision of building a resilient and future-ready workforce.

About the Role
As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for shaping talent pipelines across clinical, allied health, and administrative functions. Partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, you will forecast manpower needs, monitor recruitment progress, and oversee the full hiring cycle - from sourcing and assessments to interviews and offers. You will also track key recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and quality outcomes.

In addition to recruitment, you will drive employer branding strategies to position the organisation as an employer of choice. This includes representing the organisation at career fairs, scholarship and sponsorship programs, and outreach events to enhance visibility and engagement. You will manage sponsorship schemes end-to-end, from branding and target setting to candidate selection and interviews, ensuring alignment with long-term workforce goals.

Analytics will play a central role, as you collaborate with manpower planning teams to project annual hiring targets and design dashboards that monitor KPIs. You will also work closely with Group HR to align recruitment strategies with broader organisational objectives, providing regular updates on hiring outcomes and workforce trends.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with several years in talent acquisition and/or scholarship management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team toward recruitment objectives
  • Expertise in sourcing talent through social media, databases, and professional networks
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment using diverse interview and assessment methods
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Prior healthcare HR experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

What You'll Gain
This role provides the opportunity to lead impactful talent initiatives in a collaborative healthcare environment. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, strengthening employer branding, and building sustainable talent pipelines that directly support the organisation's mission. It's a chance to combine strategic leadership with meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.
