Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia Pacific Region

The Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, APAC, leads and delivers a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, aligned with business growth and workforce planning priorities. The role is responsible for building future-ready talent pipelines through proactive talent mapping, market intelligence, and strategic sourcing for critical and leadership roles.

The incumbent partners closely with regional business leaders and works in strong collaboration with Global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure alignment with global frameworks, governance, and best practices.

This role also drives initiatives across employer branding, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) to strengthen the organization's position as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including regional (APAC) exposure
• Experience managing TA teams and leading strategic hiring initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in talent mapping, pipelining, and workforce planning
• Proven experience managing executive search firms and vendor negotiations
• Strong stakeholder management experience across regional and global teams
