Assist in executing the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination (online and onsite), candidate communication, and offer follow-ups to ensure hiring progress is on track.
Maintain and manage recruitment channels (e.g., university job portals, JobStreet, LinkedIn, university partnership groups), collect and organize target university information, and support campus recruitment activities such as career talks and job fairs.
Support the development of training systems and related policies organize onboarding programs and executive training sessions (both virtual and in-person).
Maintain training records, track employee participation and assessment results, update the training database, and assist in analyzing future training needs.
Provide support for daily HR administrative matters to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations.
