Job Description

We are a game development company with nearly 300 talented creators across five specialized in-house studios. This studio-driven structure allows us to develop games across multiple genres, including Strategy (SLG), Simulation (SIM), and Casual Competitive games.

Our scale and studio model enable us to work efficiently while developing and operating multiple high-quality titles at the same time. With strong expertise across different genres, we aim to create premium entertainment experiences for a global audience.

We are currently building our core team in Singapore to develop the next generation of globally successful games.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for gaming-related roles (e.g., game developers, designers, QA, live ops, art, engineering).
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using targeted strategies (platforms, databases, community channels).
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and support hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and niche gaming skill sets.
  • Support offer processes, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience handling.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring quality.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, trackers, and workflows.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience (preferably with some exposure to gaming, tech, or digital entertainment roles).
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
  • Experience with full recruitment process from candidate sourcing through offer and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with gaming industry roles and community channels is an advantage (e.g., Discord, GitHub, game dev forums).
