Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant manages end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities for Octomate Staffing. This is a 360 role involving client account management, candidate delivery, and operational coordination, with ownership of recruitment outcomes and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing assignments

• Partner clients to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements

• Source, screen, and deploy candidates for assigned roles

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and deployment processes

• Maintain recruitment, deployment, and compliance records

• Work closely with internal teams to support operational requirements

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

• Ensure recruitment processes and service standards are met

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Prior experience in recruitment or staffing operations of 1-2 years

• Strong client and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and processes

• Able to manage multiple assignments independently
