Job Description:
- Manage, maintain, and support Solaris and Linux production, DR, and test environments for mission-critical payment systems.
- Ensure system stability through patching, hardening, monitoring, backups, and regular DR testing to meet regulatory and SLA requirements.
- Provide L2/L3 support, perform root cause analysis, manage system changes, and optimise capacity and performance.
- Support infrastructure projects, automation, documentation, and IT service management processes in line with security policies.
Requirements:
- At least a degree in IT or related certifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Solaris & Linux, OS patching, security hardening, scripting, backup, monitoring, and SAN/storage.
- Proven experience supporting production systems, DR exercises, incident/problem management, and after-hours support.
