Job Description:
Lead the implementation and delivery of IT infrastructure solutions across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring successful deployment, testing, and handover
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deployment of infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud)
- Execute projects based on approved architecture and designs
- Perform advanced system testing (performance, failover, DR validation)
- Troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
- Engage with internal teams and customers during project delivery
- Prepare implementation documentation, MOPs, and handover materials
- Support infrastructure design reviews and solution improvements
Job Requirements: (e.g., educational/ professional qualifications)
- Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
- 5-8 years experience in infrastructure / deployment roles
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- VMware / Hyper-V / RedHat virtualization
- Windows & Linux server administration
- Backup & disaster recovery solutions
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Good understanding of networking (routing, firewall, connectivity)
- Able to lead deployments and work independently
- Experience handling customer-facing projects is a plus
