- Provide customer support for systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.
- Deliver technical consultation to customers on system, network, and desktop support, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) compliance and timely incident resolution.
- Manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and problems in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity management to maintain operational stability and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, changes, and resolutions to support IT service management processes.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in IT operational support, with demonstrated expertise in Windows operating systems, networking, application systems, and hardware.
- Experience in a customer-facing support environment is a plus.
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, combined with a customer-centric approach and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Proven track record in managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution aligned with ITIL frameworks.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.
