Senior System Engineer

Their primary role is to ensure the stability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems and applications.

. Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure solutions and systems.

. Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.

. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other related services.

. Configure and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (eg. Vmware, Hyper-V.

. Configure and maintain cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, storage, and security.

. Administration of middleware productions, WAF, CDN, ALB, NLB and NetScaler.

. Install, configure, and manager Windows/UNIX servers and services at datacenters.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions.

. Perform routine system and application updates, patches, and updates.

. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.

. Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Windows-related issues.

. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and application deployments.
