Key Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Assist in configuration validation, functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to track requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Support change management activities including user training, communication, and post-go-live support.
- Provide Level 2 application support post-implementation, including issue analysis, impact assessment, and coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, security policies, and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or ERP projects.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to Dynamics 365 modules.
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project support environment.
