Senior Supply Chain Specialist (Operational Excellence | West) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of operational improvement programs across the plant

• Lead initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational inefficiencies

• Work with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance

• Identify operational issues and drive improvement projects to address them

• Promote good workplace organization and visual management practices across production, warehouse and lab areas

• Support safety initiatives and ensure improvement activities align with plant safety standards

• Improve logistics and warehouse processes including material flow and storage practices

• Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts

• Guide and support teams in problem-solving and improvement activities

• Monitor performance indicators and report progress to management

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing environment preferred
