. Work closely with Project Engineering, Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, Service and Response, Quality, and Compliance teams to align supply chain activities meeting business and company's goal.
. Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring material readiness.
. Provide proactive solutions to mitigate supply chain risks impacting project deadlines.
. Establish clear KPIs for procurement efficiency, supplier performance, inventory turnover, delivery and timely project management.
. Develop regular management reports with actionable insights on supply chain performance.
. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost savings, efficiency and supply chain resilience.
. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field or 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the Data Centre industry.
. Strong skills in supplier negotiation, ERP/MRP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
. Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in risk management and process optimization.
