Job Description

Lead supplier quality audits(IATF16949 / ISO9001) anddrive CAPA & 8D resolutions

Own APQP & PPAP processes Ensure flawless new supplier onboarding

Solve complex technical issues(PCB/PCBA, GD&T, SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA)

Collaborate with global teamstoimprove supplier performance & reduce defects

Spearhead continuous improvementusingSix Sigma & Lean methodologies

We are looking for :

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • 5-8 years in Supplier Quality Engineering (Automotive / Electronics)
  • IATF16949 Lead Auditor Certification
  • Strong technical expertise in PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, PPAP
  • Proven problem-solving skills (8D, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for supplier audits & development
