Senior Supervisor

Job Description

• Oversee daily construction site operations and project activities.

• Manage and coordinate workers, manpower deployment and site arrangements.

• Arrange and coordinate company transport for workers to and from construction sites.

• Monitor vehicle usage and transportation schedules.

• Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors and workers.

• Monitor project progress, work schedules and site performance.

• Handle workers work-related matters and operational issues.

• Coordinate site and office operations.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.

• Experience in construction site operations and manpower management.

• Experience in coordinating worker transportation and vehicle arrangements.

• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage multiple sites and operational matters independently.

• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
