- Assist in the development of the Painting/Special Coating project estimates
- Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
- Develop the schedule for all phases the painting and coatings work.
- Develop and implement project specific processes and procedures associated with Paintings/Coatings.
- In conjunction with the Project Superintendent, lead, direct and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities.
- Manage project costs, through ongoing evaluations of labor, material, and equipment
- Interface with all company departments as necessary to resolve any issue.
- Ensure all safety measures, procedures, and requirements are met, followed, and practiced.
- Monitor and supervise all vendors or outside contractors to ensure the quality of work and completion of the work before payments are made.
- Must be able to supervise a staff of up to 20.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
- Must carry a Phone and be available for on call services twentyfour hours.
- Must be proficient in general maintenance including plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, roof, city codes and life safety equipment.
