Senior Structurer - Singapore

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and promotion of investment and structured product solutions across regional markets.
• Partner with sales teams and clients to identify investment opportunities and deliver innovative product ideas.
• Support the pricing, structuring, and execution of a broad range of cross-asset investment solutions.
• Develop new products and investment strategies by identifying market trends, relative value opportunities, and evolving client needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to structure bespoke solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Contribute to product innovation and support business growth initiatives across the region.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance the product offering and client proposition.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in structured products, derivatives, financial engineering, product development, or investment solutions.
• Strong understanding of pricing, structuring, and risk characteristics across multiple asset classes.
• Experience working within regulated financial markets, ideally with exposure to Asian markets.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance client needs and business risk considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to originate ideas, develop solutions, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
