Senior Structural Engineer (Offshore/Onshore)
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Structural Engineer to spearhead large-scale structural design initiatives for offshore and onshore energy projects. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for theend-to-end integrity of structural systems, ensuring that all designs-from initial calculations to final drawings-meet the highest international standard sand project-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Drive the structural design process for both complex steel and concrete structures within the EPC environment.
- Technical Oversight: Author, review, and approve rigorous structural calculations, technical specifications, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Integrity & Analysis: Execute comprehensive load analyses, structural integrity assessments, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate closely withmulti-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless design integration across all project phases.
- Lifecycle Support: Deliver high-level technical consultancy during the fabrication, sea-fastening (if applicable), and site installationstages.
- Mentorship: Act as a technical authority to junior andmid-level engineers, providing guidance and conducting quality assurance on their deliverables.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of proven structural design experience, specifically within the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial EPC sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standardanalysis software, including SACS, STAAD Pro, or equivalent platforms.
- Deep expertise in international codes and standards, such as AISC, API, and ISO.
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
