Senior Structural Engineer - Technical, Construction

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed structural design, including preparation and development of building structure calculations and drawings

• Execution of projects and liaison with the Client, Client's Consultants, Contractors, and authorities to provide technical support for design

• Carry out project execution plans and review site planning, mobilization and feasibility study

• Act as a design checker to review and obtain approval of design submissions and drawings

• Prepare design report & attend meeting to resolve technical issues

• Assist in construction sequencing, method statements, and planning of temporary works.

• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress monitoring report findings to management.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff for effective project execution.

• Support cost control by reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent

• Well versed with local authority codes and regulations

• Minimum 10 years of relevant building structure with civil experience within the Construction industry
