Develop engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs
Carry out structural design analysis and calculations
Participate in the tendering processes and monitors the work of contractors and subcontractors
Maintain overall records of incoming and outgoing documents, drawing registers, RFI and shop drawings to ISO standard compliance
Assist Project Director/Manager to resolve/review design, specifications, calculations, and other submittals, ensure the designs and models developed are in accordance to project requirements and attend to site queries/ issues
Review and approve contractor's shop drawings and material submissions.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent
8 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
Positive attitude & meticulous, has an eye for detail
Good communication & inter-personal skills, team-player
Fast learner & ability to multi-task & work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint.
