Senior Strategic Operations Analyst to join a global innovation hub. We aren't just looking for someone to build dashboards; we need a Technical Translator who can take a complex manufacturing bottleneck and turn it into a high-performance AI/ML solution.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with production and engineering leads to identify gaps in current manufacturing output and equipment utilization.
- Translate complex operational processes into technical requirements for Data Science teams to build predictive ML models.
- Design and lead the rollout of digital tools and intuitive interfaces that can be scaled across multiple international manufacturing sites.
- Use advanced metrics to drive best-in-class run rates and harmonize processes across a global footprint.

- You are a Process, Industrial, or Integration Engineer who has a data-first approach to solving production bottlenecks and increasing throughput.
- You are a Business Intelligence professional with deep experience in high-volume, high-tech manufacturing environments who understands the intricacies of equipment uptime and yield.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Industrial, Computer) or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3-5 years within a high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Solid understanding of production flow, equipment efficiency, and capital resource planning.
- Highly organized and analytical; while you don't need to be a coder, you must be able to speak the language of data and systems.
- Ability to travel occasionally to international sites for project deployment and stakeholder engagement.
