SENIOR STAGE MANAGER

• Oversee and supervise the Stage Manager and stage crew.
• Ensure all stage productions consistently meet high standards of quality and performance.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the stage crew, production team, and managers to troubleshoot issues, motivate the team, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest performances, music, and entertainment trends.
• Keep up to date with the latest lighting and sound equipment, as well as stage props and production technology.
• Monitor performance and stage personnel expenses to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
• Understand and stay informed about audience preferences and expectations.
• Attend monthly management meetings with shareholders and provide relevant updates on stage and production matters.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stage production or stage management.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and communicate with people at all levels.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work additional hours when required.
