SENIOR STAGE MANAGER

• Oversee and manage the Stage Manager and stage crew.
• Ensure all stage productions consistently maintain a high standard of quality and performance.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the stage crew, production team, and managers to troubleshoot issues, motivate the team, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest performances, music, and entertainment trends.
• Keep up to date with the latest lighting and sound equipment, stage props, and production technology.
• Monitor and manage expenses for performances and stage personnel to ensure they remain within budget.
• Understand and stay updated on audience needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Attend monthly management meetings with shareholders and provide updates on stage and production matters.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stage production or stage management.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and communicate confidently with people at all levels.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Willing to work additional hours when required.
