As a
Technical Account Manager (TAM) with
Wise Platform, you&aposll play a key role in helping our partners grow and get the most out of our infrastructure, setting the standard for technical excellence. Youll work closely with our partners&apos technical teams, as well as internal product, account managers, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
Your Mission
- Act as the primary technical relationship owner for key Wise Platform partners after launch.
- Deeply understand each partners integration and technical landscape to proactively support their ongoing needs.
- Support partners successfully adopt latest updates to Wises technical integration through a change management process.
- Own the post-integration technical relationship: Technical SLA adherence, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Advocate for your partners internally by surfacing feedback and influencing product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Account Managers to drive improvements and resolve complex issues.
- Work with partners to drive adoption to the latest technical specification.
- Contribute to documentation, tooling, and scalable processes that improve the experience for all partners.
- Support partner growth by identifying opportunities for new features and use cases.
Qualifications

- Are comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, logs, and modern integration standards.
- Have strong stakeholder management capabilities with ability to influence external technical decisions.
- Can clearly explain technical topics to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and are proactive about solving problems.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments and are excited by the scale and mission of Wise.
- Make decisions and build conviction leveraging data insights.
- Value transparency, humility, and a customer-first approach.
- Have specific technical competencies such as:
- Proven experience in some coding or scripting language
- Comfortable with database querying
- REST APIs and API ecosystem & troubleshooting hands-on experiences
It&aposll Be Value Adding If You
- Understand system architectures, data flows and back-end fundamentals
- Have experiences troubleshooting back-end service issues including basic database experience (navigating production logs)
- Are comfortable writing production level code
- Are up to date with modern technology and system architectures
Additional Information
Salary Range: SGD 148,800 - SGD 184,800 + RSUs + possibility to up-level role based on experience and skillset
